We are seeking energetic, responsible undergraduate interns to join Legends Global, The David L. Lawrence Convention Center in the following departments: Sales and Marketing, Human Resources and Community, Technical Operations, and Events. Interns will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of the daily tasks, procedures, and practices within Sports and Entertainment by supporting department tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
Complete Department project as assigned by department head
Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks
Support department for event preparation
Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
Requirements:
Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail- orientated and can efficiently multi-task
Ability to adapt and learn quickly
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
