Support recruitment activities while contributing to strengthening and reviving Medius’ employer brand presence on social media.
Job Responsibility:
Screen CVs and coordinate interview scheduling
Support the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
Create, publish, and manage social media content, mainly on LinkedIn
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal engagement activities
Support the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks
Build and execute a 2-month social media content plan aimed at increasing engagement, strengthening Medius’ employer brand, and attracting potential candidates
Requirements:
Current studies in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field
Fluency in English is a must
Strong communication and organizational skills
Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and social media
Creative mindset with attention to detail
