Job Description:

Support recruitment activities while contributing to strengthening and reviving Medius’ employer brand presence on social media.

Job Responsibility:

  • Screen CVs and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Support the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Create, publish, and manage social media content, mainly on LinkedIn
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal engagement activities
  • Support the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks
  • Build and execute a 2-month social media content plan aimed at increasing engagement, strengthening Medius’ employer brand, and attracting potential candidates

Requirements:

  • Current studies in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and social media
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Resume submitted in English (French resume will be rejected)
