Support the People team following our post Workday implementation, including reporting setup
Assist with talent branding initiatives, including creating engaging content and tracking campaign performance
Develop and track recruiting campaigns, bringing creative ideas to help SpotHero stand out in the market
Build and maintain a People Team analytics dashboard that delivers actionable insights
Support planning and operations for our Summer All Team Week
Conduct market research to ensure our People practices remain competitive and best-in-class
Assist in building People-related reports and presentations aligned with SpotHero branding guidelines
Identify manual HR workflows and explore AI-driven solutions to automate and improve processes
Partner on system automation projects and help streamline internal communications and documentation
Analyze people data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and employee engagement
