A pathway created exclusively for students currently attending university or recent graduates. Our summer internship has a track record of empowering talented students to launch their careers and successful candidates will take part in an immersive experience in one of our business support functions (Sustainability, Finance, Risk, Procurement). As the only FTSE 100 company headquartered in Wales and ranked one of the UK’s best places to work (Great Place to Work) Admiral is an exciting place to work. You could be placed in any area of the business, so it’s important to keep an open mind, but our team will ensure that you interests and skills are taken into consideration and you’re placed in an area where you can excel and add value in a short space of time. Industry experts across the business will have requested for you to join them, so you’ll be expected to get stuck into exciting projects as well as day-to-day tasks. You’ll be given real responsibility from day one and we’ll encourage you to bring new ideas to the table to drive innovative solutions.
