We are delighted to announce our Summer Internship Program in the below departments and sister companies with a brief on what you will learn in each department IT You will gain practical experience in IT support, including hardware troubleshooting and repair, software installation and maintenance, and resolving operating system and application issues. The program also focuses on laptop support, covering diagnosis and resolution of common problems related to performance, batteries, screens, and connectivity. Quality Assurance The internship provides practical exposure to Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), auditing practices, nonconformity management, CAPA, document control, records governance, and compliance requirements. Participants will also gain hands-on experience in internal audits, process documentation, CMMI framework implementation, process improvement initiatives, and organizational process maturity assessment Operational Technology - Electrical The internship provides hands-on training in electrical engineering fundamentals, including lighting design, cable routing, power distribution systems, and electrical design calculations such as voltage drop and short-circuit analysis. Participants will also gain practical experience in substation configuration, AC/DC systems, MV/HV cable sizing, and electrical protection schemes ranging from basic to advanced protection applications. Operational Technology-Mechanical During the internship in the Operational Technology – Mechanical department, interns will gain practical exposure to industrial instrumentation, control systems, fire protection systems, and HVAC technologies, including pressure, flow, level, and temperature measurement, control valves, and fire alarm systems. The program will also cover transformer fire protection, chilled water and DX HVAC systems, and provide an introduction to data center infrastructure and operations. Operation technology - Automation The internship provides a comprehensive introduction to industrial automation systems, covering process control fundamentals, PLC hardware and programming, industrial communication networks, and fire alarm systems. Participants will also gain hands-on exposure to SCADA and SAS systems, including configuration, assessment, system architecture, data flow, and communication integration within industrial environments. Human Resource- Talent Acquisition The internship provides practical exposure to the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and employer branding initiatives. Participants will gain hands-on experience with recruitment tools, candidate screening, talent pipelines, stakeholder communication, and hiring best practices to support effective talent acquisition operations. Human Resource- Talent Development The internship provides practical exposure to Talent Development and Performance Management processes, including learning and development programs, competency frameworks, performance evaluation systems, and employee growth initiatives. Participants will gain hands-on experience in training coordination, performance review cycles, goal setting, career development planning, and the use of HR tools and best practices to enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness GDC-Network Team During the internship, interns will gain hands-on experience in advanced networking concepts, including IP addressing, switching technologies, routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP), and network services such as DHCP, DNS, NAT, and HSRP. The program combines theoretical learning, practical labs, troubleshooting exercises, and revision sessions to build a strong foundation in enterprise network design, implementation, and management. Digital Applications The internship program provides a comprehensive introduction to full-stack development, covering frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, DOM manipulation, and frontend frameworks, followed by hands-on project work. Participants will then learn backend development fundamentals including Java, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, and Spring Boot, culminating in a final full-stack project that integrates both frontend and backend skills Data Tower Interns will gain hands-on experience in data analytics and business intelligence, covering SQL, database design, data modeling, Power BI, Power Query, and DAX. They will also develop practical skills in dashboard creation, data visualization, and storytelling through real-world case studies, challenges, and a final end-to-end BI capstone project. Building Automation During the internship, interns will gain practical knowledge of physical security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), intrusion detection, public address systems, and intercom solutions. They will also learn system design principles, calculations, integrations, software tools, and deployment requirements through hands-on technical exercises and real-world scenarios. Supply Chain During the internship, interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, supplier relationship management, warehousing, transportation, and logistics. They will also develop practical skills in ERP systems, data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving through case studies and a final presentation. HSE During the HSE internship, the intern will gain practical exposure to health, safety, and environmental management by learning HSE policies, participating in inspections, reviewing incident reports, monitoring compliance, and using HSE systems and documentation. The internship will progress from observation and support activities to independently conducting inspections, delivering safety presentations, analyzing risks, and presenting improvement recommendations to the HSE team and management. Network During the internship, the intern will build a strong foundation in computer networking by learning networking fundamentals, switching concepts, VLAN configuration, and IP routing protocols. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical tasks to develop the skills required to design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructures GSEC-Technical Office During the internship, interns will gain foundational knowledge of water treatment plants and MEP systems, including their components, design principles, and practical engineering applications. The program combines technical learning in mechanical and electrical design with hands-on training to provide exposure to real-world project environments and industry practices GSEC-Finance During the finance internship in GSEC, the intern will gain hands-on experience in the Accounts Receivable cycle, including customer account management, reconciliations, collections follow-up, invoicing, reporting, and ERP transactions. The internship will then focus on General Accounting processes, covering journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end closing activities, financial reporting, and the connection between accounting records and financial statements. GSEC-Construction This internship provides hands-on training in construction site operations, covering core systems such as power distribution, light current systems, instrumentation and control (for Electrical & Instrumentation) or plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and piping systems (for Mechanical Engineering). Participants will gain practical experience in installation, testing, commissioning, technical documentation, and system integration, culminating in a mini project and final presentation GSEC- Technical Office- Building During this internship, interns will gain practical exposure to mechanical design and drafting by working with AutoCAD and Revit, while learning the fundamentals of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems. They will also develop skills in preparing and reviewing mechanical shop drawings, understanding design coordination, and applying industry standards in real project environments. GSEC- Supply Chain During this internship, interns will gain hands-on exposure to MEP procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, RFQ preparation, quotation analysis, purchase order management, and procurement reporting. They will also learn how to coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and site teams while participating in the complete procurement cycle from material requisition to delivery and cost control. VAS - Operations Management During the internship in VAS, interns will be provided with practical exposure to IT Operations and Project Management (PM) within a distribution environment, enabling them to understand how technology supports business functions such as warehousing, logistics, inventory management, sales, customer service, cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, and the planning, execution, and governance of IT projects. The program aims to develop technical, operational, analytical, and project management skills while exposing interns to real-world business and technology challenges. VAS- Cloud & Digital Services During this internship, interns will explore the fundamentals of private cloud infrastructure, Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), and core networking concepts, gaining an understanding of modern IT environments. They will also be introduced to DevOps principles and containerization technologies, learning how these tools support the deployment, management, and scalability of applications. Jafeer During this cybersecurity internship, the intern will build a strong foundation in networking, security principles, cyber threats, cryptography, and threat intelligence while gaining an understanding of core protocols and network infrastructure. The internship will then focus on security operations, including SIEM technologies, incident investigation and response, and hands-on exposure to tools such as ELK and GSECOPS for monitoring and analyzing security events. GSD - Finance During the accounting internship in GSD, the intern will gain an understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial department operations, accounting cycles, corporate processes, and essential technical skills such as Excel and financial reporting. The internship will also cover accounts receivable and payable, treasury and costing functions, taxation, e-invoicing, communication and problem-solving skills, and career development planning for a successful accounting career. GSD - Services During this GSD internship, the intern will gain exposure to GSD operations, services, project management, procurement, logistics, and service center processes while working alongside technical and support engineers. The internship emphasizes hands-on learning through participation in service order handling, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of a final presentation on GSD solutions and services. GSD - Products During this internship, the intern will gain exposure to GSD products and solutions, product selection processes, sales and technical engineering functions, and the operational workflows that support service delivery. The internship combines product knowledge, project management, procurement and logistics, hands-on collaboration with engineering teams, and the preparation of a final presentation on GSD products and service solutions. ARIA Over the internship period, interns will develop practical mechanical design skills through CAD modeling, manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, GD&T, and robot system design while participating in a design competition and real project activities. They will gradually take ownership of design tasks, gain experience in validation and prototyping, and conclude with a final project presentation and performance evaluation. Duration: one month. Module: On site You should have your working laptop with you.
