Summer intern

• Assisting with departmental projects, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
• Supporting research initiatives, preparing presentations, or contributing to team deliverables
• Participating in cross‑functional meetings and learning how departments collaborate
• Contributing to internal initiatives such as policy updates, financial reviews, operational assessments, or communications planning
• Completing a final collaborative group project and presenting it to company leadership at the end of the summer

• Must be a rising sophomore or rising junior and available for the duration of the internship program
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be progressing towards a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, hospitality, or a related area
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA

Concentration in hospitality is a plus

Transportation stipend of $160 per month or fully subsidized parking
