RLJ Lodging Trust is offering a paid, rotational summer internship opportunity designed to provide meaningful exposure across multiple business functions. This immersive experience blends on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and access to learning opportunities that help interns build practical skills and a strong foundation for future career growth. Participants may rotate through several departments such as Finance, Asset Management, Design & Construction, IP&A, and other key business units, to gain a holistic understanding of how the organization operates.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting with departmental projects, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
Supporting research initiatives, preparing presentations, or contributing to team deliverables
Participating in cross‑functional meetings and learning how departments collaborate
Contributing to internal initiatives such as policy updates, financial reviews, operational assessments, or communications planning
Completing a final collaborative group project and presenting it to company leadership at the end of the summer
Requirements:
Must be a rising sophomore or rising junior and available for the duration of the internship program
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be progressing towards a bachelor's degree in business, real estate, hospitality, or a related area
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
Nice to have:
Concentration in hospitality is a plus
