Job Description:

SiriusXM is looking for an organized and energetic intern who isn't intimidated by working with some of the biggest names in entertainment!

Job Responsibility:

  • Craft pitches to artist managers and label reps for promotional programming opportunities
  • Ensure that all appropriate content is collected during guest visits
  • Aid in facilitating promotion of social assets for SiriusXM features
  • Planning and prioritizing artist features with managers & publicists
  • Identify important upcoming releases and projects to target for outreach
  • Facilitate internal scheduling logistics and artist materials
  • Maintain legal and archival paperwork for the talent relations department
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Current student enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2027 are preferred) or recent graduate within 12-month period prior to internship start
  • Prior internship experience preferred
  • Good project management and planning skills
  • Good personnel management skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations
  • Familiar with SiriusXM + Pandora programming
  • Ability to lift and move equipment
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
