Job Description:

The Real Estate Intern will support VWGoA’ s Real Estate team, which manages corporate real estate needs in partnership with a service provider. This role involves vendor management, project coordination, and facility operations. The intern will assist with tracking project timelines, reviewing invoices, and participating in transaction and legal calls, gaining exposure to real estate processes and budgeting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Follow up on project timelines and monitor execution status
  • Review work orders and invoices for accuracy
  • Participate in transaction calls and legal calls related to lease negotiations
  • Assist with vendor coordination and project documentation

Requirements:

  • A rising college Junior, Senior or recent graduate
  • Strong GPA
  • Strong preference for business, operations or other related majors
  • Interest in Finance, Project Management, Real Estate
  • Microsoft skills, analytical and logical thinking and problem solving
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with an interest in real estate operations
