Job Description

The AEG Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience in the business of sports and live entertainment. As a Premium Business Intern, you’ll work closely the Business Operations, Strategy & Analytics team that supports sales, service, and marketing efforts for Crypto.com Arena premium. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the data-driven strategy, operations, and processes that deliver world-class experiences for our premium clients and drive revenue for one of the most iconic arenas in the world.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with contract management, inventory tracking, and auditing to ensure accuracy across systems
  • Support reporting and data analysis using tools like Excel and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track performance and identify trends
  • Conduct analysis of premium marketing (advertising and member communications) and present recommendations to optimize strategy
  • Perform audits on web forms, CRM data, and other key platforms to ensure data integrity
  • Assist with premium marketing initiatives, segmentation projects, and sales enablement efforts

Requirements

  • Passion for sports, entertainment, and business strategy
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Analytics, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Experience with CRM or reporting tools is a plus
