Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in Business Intelligence to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Business Intelligence Managers and Senior Analysts to provide data insights, develop automated reporting solutions, and support analytics initiatives across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience using cutting-edge BI tools and learn how data informs strategic decision-making and operational improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in delivering stakeholder insights by analyzing service performance and aligning data outputs with diverse business needs
  • Help translate business needs into system and user requirements and document them as technical specifications
  • Support the design and development of automated reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs to enhance decision-making capabilities
  • Gain hands-on experience using JLL Technologies tools, including Tableau, for developing interactive data visualizations and real-time insights
  • Perform data analysis on large datasets using SQL and other analytics tools to answer key business questions
  • Contribute to forecasting, trend analysis, and data visualization projects to monitor performance indicators
  • Assist with system access management, perform recurring security audits, and troubleshoot permission or user issues
  • Support leadership with strategic projects, including operational optimization, quarterly business reporting, and data-driven presentations

Requirements:

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years completed in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Works effectively in collaborative and diverse teams
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization is required

  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and identify patterns and insights
  • Experience gathering and interpreting functional and business requirements
  • Demonstrated initiative, confidence, and professionalism
  • Exposure to strategic thinking or process improvement initiatives
