Job Responsibility:
Support the evaluation of equipment impacts related to new products and engineering changes
Managing cross-functional teams and suppliers from concept to production
Defining investment needs
Ensuring stakeholder alignment
Developing process plans
Contribute to improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost through system modifications and resource planning
Support Body Shop Planning engineers in overseeing and managing projects
Develop and/or update specifications for new and existing manufacturing equipment and tooling
Lead and/or monitor external contractors during equipment installations and modification activities.
Requirements:
A rising college Junior, Senior or recent graduate
Strong GPA
Strong understanding of Engineering Methodology
Knowledge of Lean Concepts
Strong preference for Mechanical Engineering majors
Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
