Job Description:

The town of Carlisle is seeking a talented individual for the seasonal position of Summer Fun Co-Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and operation of a comprehensive summer day program.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administration and operation of a comprehensive summer day program
  • planning, coordinating and supervising a wide variety of activities
  • staff management
  • activity planning
  • special event coordination
  • work closely with the Recreation Director and a seasonal leadership team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in recreation, education, or related field preferred
  • teaching certification preferred
  • three years supervisory program experience preferred
  • or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • First Aid and CPR/AED certification by start of the summer program
