Job Description:

Citi is looking for Summer Financial Analysts (FA) to join Finance in Tampa, FL. The Summer FA Program introduces college students to Finance through diversified experiences and offers development opportunities in Finance while supporting various functions and businesses. Responsibilities include product control, financial closings, developing financial controls, management reporting, planning and analysis, and management of balance sheets and liquidity. The program includes training in technical finance, financial accounting, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Responsibility:

Adding value to the company through responsibilities including product control, financial closings and consolidations, developing financial controls, management reporting, planning and analysis, and management of balance sheets and liquidity
Supporting various functions and businesses
Completing a 10-week program in a specific role within one of the Finance disciplines: Controllers, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Finance Chief Operating Office, and business-aligned Chief Finance Offices.

Requirements:

You are currently pursuing a BA/BS degree and are graduating in December 2026 - June 2027
You have a preferred GPA of 3.3 or above
You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
You are creative in solving problems and are intellectually curious
You have a strategic and analytical mindset
You are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, quick-thinking and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
You are technologically proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
You have strong verbal and written communication skills
You are focused on achieving group and client objectives and able to build and maintain relationships
You are familiar with process improvement.
