CSP Toledo Summer Camp (Inspired Education Group) is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Media Creator & Boarding House Monitor to support the camp’s digital presence while providing pastoral care and supervision. The programme runs from 28 June to 25 July 2026, and the successful candidate is required to cover the full programme. This is a combined content-creation and monitoring role, responsible for capturing and producing engaging media for social platforms and parent communications, while also supporting evening activities and undertaking rota-based boarding house duties.
Job Responsibility:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of daily activities, events and student experiences
edit and produce content for digital platforms
Create and publish engaging posts, stories and reels for social platforms, maintaining consistent brand image
Collaborate with the programme coordinator to identify key moments, plan content and develop materials for parents and future promotion
Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve reach and interaction
Respect student privacy and follow all permissions and safeguarding requirements when capturing and sharing content
Support the wellbeing and supervision of students, ensuring they are never left unattended and that routines and safety procedures are followed
Take responsibility for a dormitory group, run daily dorm sessions and support students who need help
Participate in duty rotas including wake-ups, mealtimes, pool supervision and night monitor duties, and support evening activities
Chaperone and document off-site excursions, following safety instructions and reporting incidents, illnesses or injuries as required
Attend training, safeguarding sessions and staff meetings, and support airport transfers when required
Requirements:
Degree or qualification in Media, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism or related field
Strong background in content creation, photography and videography, with a portfolio of previous work
Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English proficiency C1–C2 (required) and Spanish proficiency C1–C2 (preferred)
Valid Spanish DNI/NIE (student NIE not accepted) or EU work permission, Spanish Social Security Number, and criminal record + certificate of sexual offences (issued within the last 3 months)
CV with photo, scanned copies of degrees/certificates, and two written references
Willingness to undertake residential monitoring duties as part of the camp rota
