Job Responsibility:
Teach the KidStrong curriculum
Ensure camp starts and ends on schedule
Greet students and parents
Maintain dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor
Demonstrate and manage implementation of various exercises
Keep accurate record of attendance
Ensure cleanliness of center
Use KS Coach’s App to record data
Communicate professionally via Slack
Complete training through KidStrong University
Work in physically intensive environment
Work hands-on with kids
Attend additional mandatory staff meetings
Obtain camp-certified status
Supervise, ensure safety, and implement program for campers
Requirements:
Passion for working with children is non-negotiable
Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
CPR certified
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter who just gets a job done
