At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident making friends running the playground and raising their hands high in the classroom. KidStrong Blue Springs is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Camp sizes of up to 20 children, ages ranging from 4 - 9
  • Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by the HQ programming team
  • Must be able to ensure camp both start and ends on schedule and follow the appropriate pace of curriculum
  • Greet students as well as parent(s)/guardian(s) as they arrive to camp
  • Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor when leading camp
  • Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various exercises
  • Keep an accurate record of attendance at all times
  • Ensure cleanliness of the center including the lobby, bathrooms, and blue floors - this includes taking out the trash, sweeping and mopping, wiping down equipment, and sanitizing the mat at the end of a shift
  • Effectively use the KS Coach’s App to record class data and provide records of data for parents (attendance, awards, etc.)
  • Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack, our company messaging system, including periodic checks of messages when not in centers
  • Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team
  • Supervision, safety, and program implementation for campers while ensuring the well-being of all children
