Job Description:

Our client, a dynamic multinational law firm, is seeking a temporary Summer Associate Recruiting Coordinator to join dynamic team to support all aspects of talent acquisition and attorney development programs!

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate on all aspects of the program including planning events, budget monitoring, orientation, etc.
  • Liaise with relevant departments and act as a key point of contact
  • Manage candidate outreach and coordinate interview schedules
  • Produce candidate reports and ensure accuracy of the ATS system
  • Manage and support the program through additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of campus recruiting experience are required, ideally at a law firm
  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and ATS is required
  • Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information

  • Help the team build strategic relationships with Career Services professionals, search firms, law school student groups, affinity groups and other educational institutions (including hosting and coordinating events in the office and on-campus for assigned schools) to advance the Firm’s recruiting strategies
  • Collaborate with administrative departments to onboard and integrate new hires, including coordinating integration activities for Wilmington attorney hires
