Enel North America's PowerPlay Summer Program provides meaningful, hands-on experience across a variety of disciplines at a multicultural company. Through this summer program, the Associates contribute to real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and support Enel’s mission to build a sustainable, innovative, and electrified future. The program fosters professional development, cross-functional exposure, and engagement in impactful work. The Position will support the OMI Cross Tech Services team by driving key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen organizational capabilities, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality services across the business. The team collaborates cross‑functionally to support strategic priorities and enable long‑term growth. This is a full-time summer intern/associate role from May-August. The role is hybrid to the Andover, MA office.
Job Responsibility:
Support day to day team operations, analysis, and project execution
Conduct research, data collection, and reporting to assist business decisions
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews
Assist with process improvements and help identify opportunities for efficiency
Collaborate cross functionally with other teams and associate across the organization
Help maintain accurate records, files, and project tracking tools
Contribute to Enel’s culture of safety, sustainability, and innovation
Project I: Establishing Best in Class Practices for HMI and Controls
Project II: Documentation Clarity and Standardization
Interact with the plant Scada support team and the interface users
Creating and implementing a general survey from key players
Create a common list of documents and develop a process to build a overall key to link to documentation names
Work with the Plant SCADA and network Manager to support teams as a liaison for facilitating new documentation being brought into the official archives
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a BS/BA or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Economics, Finance, Communications, or possess relevant real‑world experience that demonstrates strong analytical, communication, or project‑support capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, operations, technology, or related fields
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
