Summer Associate- Transmission

Enel North America's PowerPlay Summer Program provides meaningful, hands-on experience across a variety of disciplines at a multicultural company. Through this summer program, the Associates contribute to real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and support Enel’s mission to build a sustainable, innovative, and electrified future. The program fosters professional development, cross-functional exposure, and engagement in impactful work. The Position will support the Transmission & Grid Connection team by driving key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen organizational capabilities, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality services across the business. The team collaborates cross‑functionally to support strategic priorities and enable long‑term growth. Monitoring of Grid Code and regulatory norms, the impacts of technical changes and assessing grid capacity will be some of the initiatives for the intern. This is a full-time summer intern/associate role from May-August. The role is hybrid to the Andover, MA office.
