Enel North America's PowerPlay Summer Program provides meaningful, hands-on experience across a variety of disciplines at a multicultural company. Through this summer program, the Associates contribute to real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and support Enel’s mission to build a sustainable, innovative, and electrified future. The program fosters professional development, cross-functional exposure, and engagement in impactful work. The Position will support External Relations & Sustainability by driving key initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen organizational capabilities, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality services across the business. The team collaborates cross‑functionally to support strategic priorities and enable long‑term growth. This is a full-time summer internship from May-August hybrid to the Andover, MA office.
Job Responsibility:
Support USA & Canada website content review and content improvement plan, including industrial and sustainability KPIs
Lead site audit of all project-level signage to capture needs at Enel Green Power locations, including updates based on business activity
Coordinate with signage vendor on creation of assets, following Enel brand guidelines
Support external relations campaigns and content planning, to support Sustainability USA & Canada editorial calendar
Support engagement, community partner impact assessments and internal half-year report, following Enel sustainability project taxonomy and KPIs
Test and implement MS Copilot AI prompts and outputs to support identification and mapping of priority project and relevant stakeholders, following guidelines defined by External Relations and Sustainability
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a BS/BA or Master's degree or project‑support capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Interest in renewable energy, sustainability, operations, technology, or related fields
Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
