Job Description:

10-week summer internship program in Citi's Enterprise Services and Public Affairs team. The program provides training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and real-world work experience in various ESPA functions including Community Investing & Development, Real Estate Services, Communications, Government Affairs, and Sustainability & ESG.

Job Responsibility:

On-the-job training in ESPA teams
Community Investing & Development
Real Estate Services
Communications
Government Affairs
Sustainability and ESG
Networking with other Citi interns and professionals
Presenting accomplishments to Senior ESPA Management team

Requirements:

Interest in ESPA functions
Will obtain a Bachelor's degree between December 2026 and June 2027
Preferred GPA of 3.3 or above
U.S. Work Authorization
Enthusiasm to learn about ESPA roles
Ability to think globally, creatively, and innovatively
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to present information clearly, creatively, and persuasively
Positive attitude and work ethic
Resiliency in challenging, changing, high-volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain urgency and execute quickly
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail oriented with high accuracy and time management
Advanced MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to relocate domestically and/or globally
Demonstrated organizational skills
Ability to work in high pressure deadline environment

Nice to have:
