This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact. The Talent Management team designs and drives strategies that ensure T-Mobile has the leadership, skills, and capabilities needed to execute its business priorities and sustain growth. We focus on identifying, developing, and differentiating talent through integrated practices such as succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
Job Responsibility
Analyze talent data to generate actionable insights on leadership bench strength, succession planning and capability gaps
Identify patterns in leadership readiness, and performance to support talent management strategy
Build Cohort development recommendations to support Perform and Grow strategy
Support integration of Talent Management strategy with our international teams
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Masters program in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, AI, or related field
Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or statistical tools (e.g., R, Python)
Demonstrated understanding of leadership development, talent strategy, or workforce planning
Exposure to AI tools, machine learning concepts, or AI agents (prompt engineering, automation workflows, or chatbot development preferred)
Ability to synthesize data into executive-level insights and recommendations
High intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
