Job Description:

This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You'll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the development and testing of internal catalog tools and automation workflows
  • Assist in streamlining product configuration and publishing processes
  • Support code quality improvements, regression testing, and system validation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance engineering pipelines
  • Explore and prototype features that lay the groundwork for future AI/ML-driven catalog enhancements

Requirements:

  • Working toward a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or other modern programming languages
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a passion for building scalable systems
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to REST APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, or backend systems is a plus
  • Interest in AI/ML concepts or data validation frameworks is a bonus
