Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-driven, agentic solutions that support T-Mobile’s business customers
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to design, build, and improve production-ready features
  • Write, test, and review code while following best practices for quality, scalability, and reliability
  • Analyze system performance and data to help improve automation accuracy and overall user experience
  • Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and results through clear documentation and regular team updates
