As an Associate Software Engineer specializing in the Salesforce Platform, you will contribute to the design, development, and integration of scalable, high-impact solutions. Working alongside experienced engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, you’ll gain hands-on experience with enterprise architecture, API integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce platform capabilities. This is a growth-focused role designed to provide mentorship, exposure to enterprise systems, and a clear career path within T-Mobile’s technology organization.
Job Responsibility:
Work with Salesforce technologies to build and enhance features that support Retail and Frontline business processes
Develop automation solutions that streamline manual workflows and improve operational efficiency
Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce tools while contributing to real, impactful projects that support T-Mobile’s enterprise operations
Requirements:
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and full-stack development
Experience with at least one Object-Oriented Programming language such as Java or C++
Proficiency working with SQL and dynamic queries
Experience with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab, or Jenkins
Strong communicator, able to bridge technical and business discussions
Customer-first mindset with focus on usability and adoption
Ability to learn quickly and apply data-driven insights to problem-solving
Produces clear documentation and design artifacts that enable collaboration
Growth mindset with eagerness to explore emerging technologies
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
Nice to have:
Exposure to Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Aura) or enterprise APIs (REST/SOAP)
Knowledge of event-driven systems and scalable architecture patterns
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
Salesforce Administrator certification
