This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact. The Product Management Intern will support key eCommerce initiatives focused on improving customer purchase flows and digital experiences. Throughout the summer, they will partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to help define requirements, analyze customer, and performance data. The intern will own a scoped project or feature enhancement from discovery through delivery, gaining hands-on experience in agile product development. Their work will directly impact customer experience and business outcomes by helping optimize usability, conversion, or operational efficiency within T-Mobile’s digital channels.
Job Responsibility:
Support day-to-day product management activities, including standups, and stakeholder coordination
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business partners to help define product requirements and acceptance criteria
Analyze customer, funnel, and performance data to identify insights and opportunities for improving eCommerce experiences
Assist in discovery efforts such as user research, competitive analysis, and problem definition to inform product decisions
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Business, Product Management, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated interest in product management, digital commerce, or customer experience (through coursework, projects, or internships)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and recommendations
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with agile methodologies, product discovery practices, and common product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
