Brown & Brown’s Risk Solutions team, formerly known as Beecher Carlson, is looking for curious, driven students to join our 10-week summer internship program. Whether you're pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, this immersive experience is your chance to explore the world of risk management and insurance from the inside out. Job Responsibility:

Analyze client acquisition and retention trends
Conduct industry and product research
Perform claims and exposure analysis
Create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Shadow professionals in client meetings and strategy sessions
Receive mentorship focused on leadership, adaptability, and career planning

Requirements:

Students graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
Interested in risk management, insurance, or business strategy
Strong communicators—both written and verbal
Self-starters who are organized, adaptable, and collaborative
Curious learners who want to make an impact
