This is an 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact. Throughout the summer, you will support marketing design projects across web and app experiences for T‑Mobile and Metro by T‑Mobile. You will contribute to live campaigns and content by creating on‑brand design assets using established brand guidelines and design systems, in collaboration with designers and copywriters. You will also develop an independent project that showcases the skills and knowledge you gain during the internship. The program concludes with a final presentation that highlights your growth and contributions over the summer.
Job Responsibility:
Support design work on active marketing projects from concept through execution
Create and update design assets in Figma, following established brand guidelines and design systems
Assist with content and design updates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with guidance from the team
Collaborate with designers and a copywriter, participating in stand‑ups, reviews, and project discussions
Manage time across assigned tasks, track progress, and incorporate feedback from mentors and peers
Requirements:
Enrollment in, or recent completion of, a design‑related degree program
Foundational design knowledge gained through coursework, self‑study, or personal projects
Experience using Figma or a comparable design tool
Ability to follow established brand guidelines and design systems
Basic time‑management and organizational skills
Clear communication skills and openness to feedback
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Nice to have:
Exposure to marketing, branding, or digital design projects
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms
Experience collaborating with writers, marketers, or cross‑functional teams
A portfolio demonstrating design process and iteration
Relevant certificates, bootcamps, or online design coursework
