Job Description:

The Summer Analyst Internship program offers an opportunity for college undergraduates interested in finance and corporate / investment banking to actively participate in this fast-paced and challenging industry. We provide our Summer Analysts with the tools necessary for professional growth and career advancement. The goal of the Summer Analyst program is to develop the ideal candidate into a US Analyst position upon graduation. The position's responsibilities include the following: providing primarily support to the Data team within the Compliance Transversal Teams in the various data, reporting or IT initiatives involving or led by the Compliance Division.

Job Responsibility:

  • In collaboration with stakeholders throughout the Compliance Division organization, assist in the development of automated solutions, policies, and procedures
  • Assist in evaluating e-communication alerts
  • Assist in refreshing policies and procedures relevant to the functions
  • Support team in the production of periodic reports or committee decks
  • Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries, audits, examinations and investigations
  • Assist in developing training and educational materials to make employees aware of their compliance obligations

Requirements:

  • Graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Will require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future (including but not limited to F1, OPT, CPT, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Data Management & Information Systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Familiarity with Compliance Regulatory Requirements
  • Interested in Finance and Investment Banking
  • High school / Secondary school / A levels / AS levels / IB minimal education level
  • 0-2 years minimal experience level
  • English language
