Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager and Supervisor(s), is responsible for timely, efficient, and accurate service for restaurant patrons and their dining experience.
Job Responsibility:
Reports for scheduled events on time, in proper uniform
Reports to assigned area in a timely manner
Must maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor
Fulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management
Maintains the highest level of professionalism and service
Services the dining in regards to clearing tables, refilling beverages, restocking work side stations, polishing flatware/glassware, and setting tables
Delivers food in a timely and efficient manner to all dining guests
Abides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests
Responsible for working closely with servers and bartenders when servicing guests
Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
Communicates with Supervisors and Management
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments
Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certification
Must be able to obtain RBS (alcohol) Certification
Ability to work all Venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
