Job Description

Reporting to the Suites Manager and assigned floor Supervisor, a Pantry Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the logistics of Suites orders and the management of each assigned Pantry during all events, acting as a liaison between Suite Attendants and the rest of the Suites team.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the upkeep of assigned Pantry, maintaining cleanliness, re-stocking of product, and keeping inventory records throughout each event
  • Assist Suites Runners during the opening and closing of events
  • Coordinate the movement of food, beverages and equipment during all events
  • Create, modify, and/or close guest tabs through POS system
  • Track guest requests and ensure all requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Keep in contact with Suites Supervisors and Expeditors to ensure event day food orders are completed
  • Enforce standards for service, sanitation, product, and food quality
  • Ensure all payment handling procedures and enforced
  • Conduct counts of product and equipment inventory before and after each event
  • Report all safety incidents (injuries and illnesses) to Legends Management on the same day that the incident is reported
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system and the ability to assist fellow staff
  • Customer service and fast-paced problem-solving skills
  • Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • Ability to work effectively independently and/or in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to adapt to change quickly and prioritize tasks as needed

  • Must be able to read, maintain information, and perform simple mathematical calculations

  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred
  • Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
