Job Description:

The Operations Suites Runner plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless premium guest experience by supporting the delivery and organization of food, beverage, and specialty items for all suites. This position works closely with the Beverage Expediting team and Operations Manager to maintain service excellence, uphold sanitation standards, and contribute to the overall efficiency of Legends Hospitality operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create high-quality cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty beverages using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and advanced bartending techniques
  • Deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to suites in a timely, professional manner
  • Support the Operations Manager with specialty item deliveries and suite service requests
  • Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining kitchen areas to meet operational standards
  • Accurately conducts beginning and ending inventory counts for all open suite kitchens
  • Adhere to all sanitation and safety guidelines established by Legends Hospitality and local city regulations
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume food & beverage or hospitality environment (expediting or operations experience preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods during events
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule
