Suites Food Expeditor - Raymond James Stadium

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the facilitation of food orders between the suites and the kitchen
  • ensure food is cooked in the right order, quickly, and presented to guests efficiently
  • ensure food orders are properly labeled and have the right accompaniments
  • oversee all runners
  • work directly with lead chef to ensure meals are executed and delivered to proper suites
  • act as main lead and contact to all pantry coordinators
  • ensure event timeline is met while overseeing hot pushes and cold pushes
  • responsible for assigning food runners to specific tasks
  • follow Wage and Hour regulations
