The Suites Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of premium suite services, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and compliance with company service standards. This role involves directly managing and training suite staff, maintaining and controlling food and beverage inventory, and enforcing health, safety, and cash-handling procedures. The Suites Supervisor plays a key leadership role in fostering a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining operational efficiency, product quality, and excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of suite staff
Supervise daily suite operations while engaging directly with guests to ensure a premium experience
Maintain and control high-volume food and beverage inventory
Train and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages in compliance with corporate and legal standards
Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and food quality
Ensure all cash-handling and inventory procedures are properly documented and enforced
Collaborate with co-workers to uphold company service standards, inventory management, and cash control procedures
Conduct audits of inventory and products
research and perform reconciliations as needed
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
some college preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
Knowledge of state and city health requirements for food handling and alcohol service
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and move items up and down stairs/ramps
Willingness to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
