Job Description:

Reporting to Suites Supervisor and Management, a Suites In-Seat Server is responsible for taking beverage orders from guests and ensuring food stations are maintained and running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set up and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
  • Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail to exceed their expectations
  • Serve soda, water, wine, draft beer, and canned beer from bar areas
  • Communicate beverage orders to Bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Work with fellow servers to clear/clean tables and maintain food stations
  • Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience working with a POS system
  • Customer service and fast-paced problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Must be personable, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work effectively independently and/or in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and prioritize tasks as needed
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, and guest relations
  • Excellent personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to occasionally lift/move items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training

Nice to have:

Availability on 1-2 weekdays for Suite setup preferred
