Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Suite Concierge is to provide exceptional service to all guests before, during, and after events at the Sames Auto Arena in Laredo, TX. The Suite Concierge will enhance the guests experience by greeting and escorting guests to Suites throughout the venue.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome using a positive and clear speaking voice
  • Actively promotes the experience of Sames Auto Arena events and services
  • Answer inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides information to guests pertaining to the Sames Auto Arena and the various locations within the complex
  • Provide an unsurpassed level of service to our guests

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to act and think quick
  • A minimum education level of High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 0 to 1 years of related work experience
