This part-time, event-driven position is responsible for delivering elevated food and beverage service to premium suite guests while creating a welcoming, polished, and memorable experience throughout each event. The Suite Attendant serves as the primary point of contact for suite holders and guests, ensuring service excellence, accuracy, and compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite holders and single-game renters for all events
Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service to all guests
Prepare suites prior to each event, ensuring all food, beverages, and amenities are properly stocked
Monitor and replenish suite inventory throughout the event
Confirm all food and beverage items are prepared to standard, delivered accurately, and served in a timely manner
Assist with catering functions and demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple service roles as needed
Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
Obtain required signatures from suite hosts for charges incurred during events
Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites and service areas
Complete all closing tasks prior to departure
Maintain availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
Be a team player
Act as a hospitality ambassador
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly with professionalism
Build rapport with guests to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat attendance
Demonstrate a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions
Requirements:
1 year of experience in food and beverage service
Must have current and valid food handler’s and mixology permits
HS diploma required
Must be 18 years old
Must be able to pass background and credit check
Ability to climb stairs, stand and walk for duration of shift
Nice to have:
Bartender knowledge is preferred but not required
