Suite Attendant

• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite holders and single-game renters for all events
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service to all guests
• Prepare suites prior to each event, ensuring all food, beverages, and amenities are properly stocked
• Monitor and replenish suite inventory throughout the event
• Confirm all food and beverage items are prepared to standard, delivered accurately, and served in a timely manner
• Assist with catering functions and demonstrate flexibility by supporting multiple service roles as needed
• Complete all opening and closing duties as assigned
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations
• Obtain required signatures from suite hosts for charges incurred during events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of suites and service areas
• Complete all closing tasks prior to departure
• Maintain availability for nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
• Be a team player
• Act as a hospitality ambassador
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly with professionalism
• Build rapport with guests to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat attendance
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions

• 1 year of experience in food and beverage service
• Must have current and valid food handler’s and mixology permits
• HS diploma required
• Must be 18 years old
• Must be able to pass background and credit check
• Ability to climb stairs, stand and walk for duration of shift

Bartender knowledge is preferred but not required

• Employees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service
• Holidays worked are paid at time and a half
• Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked
