The Suite Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest suites and assigned areas. This role is responsible for ensuring that every guest room meets the hotel’s high standards of hygiene, organization, and hospitality while supporting a welcoming and memorable stay for every guest.
Job Responsibility:
Clean and service assigned guest suites according to established housekeeping standards and procedures
Make beds, replace linens, and terry from guest rooms
Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms including sinks, bathtubs, showers, mirrors, and toilets
Replenish all in-room amenities and guest supplies to ensure comfort and convenience
Maintain proper use of all cleaning equipment and products while adhering to safety procedures
Ensure housekeeping carts and supply areas are fully stocked and organized daily
Track, update, and manage assigned room statuses throughout the shift
Complete room assignments efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department
Demonstrate a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests
Take initiative to personalize the guest experience whenever possible
Respect guest privacy and handle guest belongings with the highest level of care and professionalism
Contribute to creating a clean, comfortable, and memorable environment for every guest
Work closely with Housekeeping colleagues and supervisors to maintain daily operational efficiency
Support departmental goals by maintaining consistent service standards and completing assigned tasks within required timelines
Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow all hotel policies, departmental procedures, and health & safety protocols
Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning chemicals as required
Maintain a safe and organized work environment while performing daily tasks
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced service environment is an asset

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift while performing repetitive housekeeping duties, including bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting while cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms
Frequent lifting and carrying of linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and equipment up to 30 lbs, as well as pushing and pulling fully stocked housekeeping carts
Physical stamina and dexterity required to perform tasks such as bed making, mattress lifting, vacuuming, and maneuvering furniture, with occasional use of ladders, stairs, or step stools to access elevated areas
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
