The Succession Planning Senior Consultant will implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Succession Planning and Career Development. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or IT, along with 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential for success in this role. Responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Succession Planning Process and Career Development modules, helping organizations identify, develop, and retain top talent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement Succession Planning and Career Development modules
  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with HR stakeholders
  • Configure talent pools, calibration sessions, and career development plans

Requirements:
