The SAP SuccessFactors Time-off and Time Tracking Consultant will play a crucial role in transforming clients' HR functions through innovative solutions. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, the consultant will design, configure, and implement systems while managing client expectations and delivering training. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Job Responsibility:
Build SAP SuccessFactors Time-off and Time Tracking solutions that transform clients’ core Human Resources functions
Design, configure, and test prototype and production HR solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
Manage client expectations, define the implementation strategy, and document the client’s business needs and requirements
Link the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimize the Employee Central solution
Manage the deliverables of the project throughout the implementation process
Build Test Scripts and Training Materials
Conduct Train-the-Trainer and System Administrator trainings
Requirements:
Experience in SAP Activate Methodology
Minimum of 4 years of SuccessFactors Time-off and Time Tracking implementation and support
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
