Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of compliance and regulatory transformation initiatives across Banking & Financial Services clients
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory priorities and business objectives
  • Work closely with client stakeholders across compliance, risk, legal, and operations functions
  • Translate regulatory requirements into structured programs, operating models, and implementation plans
  • Drive implementation of compliance change initiatives (e.g., regulatory remediation, control enhancements, policy and process transformation)
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across business and support functions
  • Establish and manage project governance frameworks, including risk, issue, and dependency management
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit expectations
  • Support stakeholder alignment and drive change adoption across impacted teams
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance compliance efficiency and support broader transformation efforts

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within consulting or financial services
  • Proven experience delivering compliance, regulatory, or risk transformation programs in Banking & Financial Services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, regulatory reporting, conduct risk, financial crime, or prudential regulations)
  • Experience working with compliance, risk, and control functions within financial institutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including senior and executive leadership
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale change initiatives
  • Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
