Devire Outsourcing IT is a form of partnership dedicated to self-employed IT specialist, executing projects for our Clients - leading IT Companies bringing innovations and newest resolutions to market. Currently for our Client - multinational professional services network, one of the "Big Four" consulting organizations - we are looking for a SuccessFactors Migration Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and coordinating all migration activities from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors
  • Working closely with business key users to define migration scopes and requirements
  • Identifying migration objects and designing the transformation logic
  • Technical implementation of the migration using Migration Cockpit, Staging Tables, and LSMW
  • Ensuring data integrity throughout the transition phases

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP HCM → SAP SuccessFactors data migrations (minimum 1 full end-to-end project, ideally including go-live)
  • Very good knowledge of HR domains and typical data objects: employees, employment data, org structure, positions, compensation/time data (depending on project scope)
  • Ability to design migration approach and logic, (including:object identification, source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, validations and data quality controls)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP migration tools: LSMW (in ECC / HCM), working with staging tables (ETL / intermediate tables), Migration Cockpit (if relevant to the landscape)
  • Experience running iterative migration cycles (mock runs), analyzing errors, and performing re-runs
  • Ability to perform reconciliation and reporting: source vs target comparisons, completeness/consistency checks, error logs
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills (working closely with business key users, IT, and integrators)
  • Very good English and fluent German
