Administer the SuccessFactors Learning Management System for a large-scale training program, managing day-to-day system setup and ongoing maintenance
Build and maintain learning items, curricula, assignments, and related training structures that align with audience and role-based learning needs
Upload, organize, and update digital learning materials, reference documents, and instructor resources while maintaining content accuracy and version control
Schedule and manage instructor-led and virtual training sessions, including session creation, enrollment limits, and instructor coordination across time zones
Configure prerequisites, completion criteria, and equivalent learning rules to support structured learning paths and accurate completion tracking
Partner with training leadership, subject matter experts, and project teams to translate business training needs into effective LMS configurations
Assign training to learners based on role mappings, audience groups, and access considerations while ensuring data integrity in learner records
Prepare and distribute reports on enrollment, attendance, and completion status to support stakeholder updates, compliance needs, and go-live readiness
Troubleshoot issues related to course access, assignments, completion records, and general system use while recommending process improvements for administrators and learners
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System environments
Hands-on ability to create and maintain courses, curricula, learner assignments, and scheduled offerings within an LMS
Experience managing training content such as eLearning modules, job aids, blended learning assets, and instructor materials
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a complex program setting
High attention to detail in maintaining training data, course metadata, and reporting accuracy
Effective communication skills with experience working across training teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts
Familiarity with large enterprise training initiatives, preferably in SAP S/4HANA or similar transformation environments
Knowledge of configuration management, reporting, and documentation practices that support audit or compliance requirements
