Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage the operational activities of SuccessFactors platforms, ensuring high availability, integrity, and reliability
  • Coordinate and manage SuccessFactors platform maintenance, updates, testing, and release management
  • Ensure system integrity, data quality, security, and compliance with corporate standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with IT Solution Architects, Product Managers, Integration Specialists, and SuccessFactors Implementation Partners
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot platform-related incidents
  • work with SAP Support on fixes and improvements
  • Manage vendor relations and performance with SF partners
  • Oversee SuccessFactors platform operations with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Administer tools in Admin Center
  • use Execution Manager, Check Tool, Reporting Center for system checks and insights
  • Monitor, report, and optimize SuccessFactors performance
  • Provide Level 1–2 technical support and escalate to SAP when needed

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid SAP SuccessFactors knowledge
  • At least 2 years of experience with a complex cross system integration SAP landscape/ environment supporting core business functions with focus on cloud solutions and SAP systems
  • Expertise in Cloud Technologies (esp. MS Azure)
  • Ability to transition solution design into operational Service Management
  • Strong understanding of Disaster Recovery, IT continuity, security, and compliance
  • Experience with SFAPI (Compound Employee), OData APIs, JSON, and XML
  • Good grasp of integration architecture and data flows in SuccessFactors
  • Clear communication of technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams for platform governance and lifecycle planning
