The SuccessFactors Integration Consultant will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Modules to SAP S/4 HANA and various third-party systems. This position requires a strong understanding of integration strategies and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors integrations. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT, along with at least 5 years of integration experience. Certification in SuccessFactors Integration is preferred. The role involves coordinating with third-party vendors, conducting workshops, and ensuring seamless integration processes. Job Responsibility:
Build end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Modules to Third Party System using any standard Integration Methods: FTP, API, ODATA, CPI leveraging any Prebuilt Integrators
Working with Identity Management for seamless integrations from SuccessFactors to Third Party systems
Integration of SuccessFactors data for Cost center integration and Mini Master data sync from/to SAP S4/HANA or Oracle systems
Conduct workshops to gather Integration requirements establish end-to end design of Integration Architecture establishing a Proof of concept
Coordinating with 3rd Party Vendors for buy in for Integration Design
Setting up initial round of Integration Build involving multi system access
Integrating Intra SuccessFactors modules wherever required
Setting up Integration Test cycles that includes Setting up Integration Test scripts, Execution, Defect resolution involving Vendors
Coordinating with Client Integration team for Business Logic and expected outcome and sign off on Integration execution logs
Running Integration Testing cycles, Defect logging, Defect Resolution, and signoff on CIT from Client integration Team
Supporting Data Reconciliation and any audit procedure of the Client
Supporting production cut over activities, Go live and smooth rollout
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Integrations Strategies
Hands-on configuration experience for SuccessFactors Integrations to third parties including custom integrations
Excellent presentation and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT
5+ years of Integration experience with SuccessFactors
Nice to have:
Certification in SuccessFactors Integration is a plus
