The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead will provide consulting services focusing on SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integration. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering and over 10 years of experience in ERP implementation. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate will manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide consulting services to clients in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience
Subject matter expert, with depth of understanding and ability to implement SAP SuccessFactors
Delivery of workable solution, with primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules, to meet clients’ business requirements
Translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution design for SAP SuccessFactors in compliance with the best practices
Carry out all phases of the project, including Prepare, Explore, Realise and Deploy, and transition to Support
Adhere to corporate standard, security guidelines and sustainability, and deliver within time constraints
Identify sales opportunities at existing customers and communicate internally to management team. Support presales effort as needed in response to proposals, and conducting demonstrations and presentations
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or software engineering or related field
10+ years of experience in ERP implementation or pre-sales
Proven track record in solution selling and client-facing consulting roles
Strong understanding of ERP systems and related business processes
Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
Experience with tools like PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and other collaboration platforms
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
