Job Description

We are seeking a SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Specialist to support VOIS in executing and optimising end‑to‑end compensation processes. The role is ideal for individuals with hands‑on experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay, strong client-facing capabilities, and a solid understanding of integrated compensation templates and statements. This position involves implementation, configuration, analysis, and ongoing support to ensure seamless delivery of compensation cycles.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support at least one end‑to‑end implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders during roll-outs, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations
  • Configure, test, and maintain EC‑Integrated Compensation and Variable Pay templates
  • Monitor SuccessFactors defects, analyse impact, and collaborate on design changes
  • Develop, customise, and review compensation statements to meet business needs
  • Support Spot Awards configuration and administration
  • Create and validate Business Rules to ensure accurate system behaviour
  • Leverage basic knowledge of Employee Central and reporting for data insights

Requirements

  • Experienced in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay implementations and support
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules
  • Skilled in communication, stakeholder collaboration, and client interactions
  • Proficient in analysing system defects, configurations, and template behaviour
  • Familiar with compensation statements, Business Rules, Spot Awards, and EC‑based integrations

Nice to have

Knowledgeable in BTP, basic EC concepts, and reporting tools
