• Lead daily team meetings and strategy sessions

• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics
• Continuously educate yourself on your market and client needs
• Maintain accurate CRM data, clean your pipeline, and provide weekly reports
• Prevent cancellations by demonstrating ROI using data

• Great communicator – someone who’s comfortable asking questions and sharing knowledge
• Problem solver – able to think on your feet, adapting quickly while following a proven process
• Self-motivated – you thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organized without needing external motivation
• Team-oriented – you work well in a collaborative setting and share best practices with colleagues
• CRM & sales tools experience – familiarity with CRM platforms and other sales tools is a plus
• Cancellation prevention or B2B sales experience – ideal but not required
