Amira Learning is seeking a Success Manager in the Western US to lead onboarding and drive product adoption in school districts, helping educators enhance student literacy outcomes through AI-driven solutions. The Success Manager's primary goal is to translate product features into pedagogical value, empowering educators to improve student outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and project manage all aspects of new school and district implementations, from technical setup to user training
Design and deliver high-quality, engaging training and professional development sessions for teachers, coaches, and school administrators
Proactively monitor product usage data to identify trends, celebrate successes, and address adoption risks
Build strong, collaborative relationships with mid-level district and school-based contacts
Serve as a pedagogical expert on the Amira platform, consulting with schools on best practices
Distill the reasons why the product is working well and why it is failing to deliver value
Mine for and mitigate customer concerns or issues
Requirements:
Strong project management and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in customer success or education
3-5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, professional development, or a former K-12 educator role
Experience implementing software solutions, preferably in the Education SaaS industry
Experience delivering professional development or training to adults
Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights
Deep empathy for the challenges and goals of educators
50% travel
Nice to have:
Experience in education administration and/or a start-up organization
