The SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Lead Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules, ensuring optimized recruiting processes for clients. The role requires deep expertise in SuccessFactors, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to conduct user training.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting modules (RCM, RMK)
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality
  • Configure and customize recruiting workflows, requisition templates, and offer processes
  • Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Employee Central, and external systems
  • Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization
  • Develop test cases and conduct UAT support
  • Deliver user training and post-go-live support

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM/RMK)
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience in integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI or middleware)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
  • 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least 3 full-cycle RCM/RMK implementations
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification preferred
