Job Responsibility:
Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise, disassembling merchandise, cleaning equipment and areas, storing equipment correctly, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
Organize, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day with constant cleaning procedures
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries, and complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
Maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company property
Support coworkers by treating them with dignity and respect and assist the team in achieving common goals
Meet quality assurance expectations and standards
Move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds or equivalent without assistance
Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods during the entire shift
Read and visually verify information in various formats
Grasp, turn, and handle objects of various sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
Reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, dragging, and stooping
Navigate sloped, uneven or slippery surfaces and staircases
Greet and acknowledge all guests in accordance with company standards
Speak clearly and professionally with others, answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting objects under 50 pounds, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Willingness to comply with company safety policies and procedures
Effective communication skills
Ability to support coworkers and work collaboratively
Availability to work full-time in a non-management role
No required licenses or certifications
High school diploma or equivalent certificate in General Educational Development (GED)
No prior supervisory experience required
Experience in a food service environment is preferred but not required
Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
